My Speech - How to take care of a fennec fox

Hi everyone so today I will be sharing my speech. I would love some feedback to help me improve. My goal is to be more confident with reading to a audience and also have more emotion to my words.

Matariki animation experimentation

Today I was learning with Mrs Torrie how to make an animation with Brush Ninja. We all made our animations about Matariki.

I enjoyed making the animation and seeing all of everyone's different approach.

I found it hard to manage time and stay calm because I was stressed I would not finish.

All of our animations show the Matariki stars appear in a background everyone made independently.

Next time I would like to work faster and just do a bit more detail on the animation.

P.E. (what's happening)

So here is a new game our hub has started to play for P.E. It is called tapuae. It is really fun and we  even had a tournament with teams involving tapuae. Overall it is so fun. Learn how to play here

Moment In Time - Surfing

 Our hub (LH8) was doing an assessment called a moment in time, basically it is a complex and detailed piece of writing that covers a short moment in time. (hints in the name) This is my writing on a short clip in time. I was at mahia camp, surfing for the first time in my life.
I enjoyed surfing and camp so much! I made a lot of new friends, and would love to go again sometime!

Moment In Time - The Arrival

So basically in Manaikalani we were learning all about spicing up our writing to be more eye catching to readers, while also teaching everyone the basics of editing,inserting and also publishing.
Personally, I had my ups and downs. I did great in making it, but had some trouble with publishing it, but overall did my best.
In this piece of writing I have written about being back in the old days and experiencing the Endeavours (Captain Cook) arrival and what it felt like to be in their shoes. Enjoy!

In manaikalani we were learning all about famous new zealanders and also learning about how to use screencastify! It can record your voice with your tabs meaning we can present our work with our voice!
